Last night a proposed project notification came through my inbox that simply read 3939 Williams with four different property types including 400K SF of class A multi-family, 200K SF of hospitality, 65K SF of retail and 318K SF of class A office. This morning I decided to see what this beast of project could look like and found myself fascinated with what’s being proposed. Location highlights include easy light rail and I-70 access, while design-wise this mixed use project looks like an incredibly clever way to utilize spaces old and new while maintaining the vibe of the overall area. This is going to be an exciting one should this development become a reality. As RiNo moves towards it’s transition from left behind industrial park to serious business hub it is exciting to see the level of investment many of the projects will need in order to come to fruition. We’ll be watching this one closely.
